You can feel better. I will help you get there.

What’s The Difference?

Doctors are no longer using the term ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) to describe a lack of focus and problems with organization.

ADD is now categorized as an “inattentive” sub type of Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD.

Why does this matter?

Because your diagnosis will likely be ADHD with one of three subtypes: inattentive, hyperactive-impulsive, and combined.

It’s important that you understand your diagnosis and feel comfortable asking me any questions you have.

You Can’t Do Big Things,
If You’re Distracted By Small Things

Many Adults Aren’t Aware They Have ADHD despite significant problems at work.

Questions to ask yourself include:

  • Are you antsy?
  • Do you struggle with organization and focus?
  • Is keeping track of multiple projects and deadlines impossible despite your best efforts and hard work?

Three Common Indicators

That You Might Have ADHD Are:

Poor time management

Following through and completing assignments

Keeping your emotions under control

When you can’t perform your job to your inherent ability you often blame yourself,
which leads to low self-esteem, rather than consider a diagnosis of ADHD.

With the right medication and proper care, you’ll be back on the path to professional
success, remembering what you love about your job and why you’re great at it.

“I’m Sorry, I wasn’t paying attention
…to what I was thinking.”

Whether you’re in  college or preparing to go, collage is an exciting time. New friends, new opportunities, and more independence than ever before. However, if you’re a student with ADHD, the new environment can be daunting and overwhelming.

To manage your classes, an active social life, and extra curricular activities, you need the support of effective medication, academic skills and social strategies.

Moreover, you want the emotional support of someone who can help you navigate the accommodations and support services most colleges and universities offer students with ADHD.

Properly managed, students with ADHD graduate with honors, excel in their chosen majors and secure satisfying jobs post graduation.

And no matter what you do or how hard you try, you can’t meet their expectations, so you check out. This leads to a perception that you’re not caring, irresponsible and reckless. Hurt feelings and an erosion of trust result because of undiagnosed ADHD.

Effective treatment is available to help correct the symptoms that are sabotaging your relationship. Once you understanding the role that ADHD plays in your relationship and can turn it around.

Productivity, Clarity And Focus
Are All Within Reach

ADHD Is Like Driving In The Rain With Bad Windshield Wipers.

Everything is smudged and blurred while you’re speeding along. If you’ve been undiagnosed for a while, it’s hard to image being able to focus, show up on time or remember to follow through on your word.

These simple things are taken for granted, but for individuals with untreated ADHD these expectations can feel insurmountable.
